Kristian Gerhard Jebsen Skipsrederi AS (KGJS) is a major international shipowning company and part of the Kristian Gerhard Jebsen Group (KGJG).

We have a strong market position in the large product and crude oil tanker trades through our fully owned subsidiary SKS Tankers Holding AS (SKS).

We are also the leading global owner and operator of pneumatic cement carriers through KGJ Cement Holding AS (KGJ Cement).

Bulk Trading Group Limited (BTG), a 50/50 joint venture between KGJS and J.P.Morgan Global Maritime Investment Fund L.P., will be the Owner of a fleet of eight 81,000dwt Kamsarmax bulkcarriers being delivered from Japan during 2015-2016. KGJS is the commercial and technical manager.

Our Ship Management division KGJ Fleet Management AS has expanded consistently over the years and we are now managing about 50 vessels.

KGJS is controlled by Hans Peter Jebsen and his family.

KGJS including its subsidiaries is a fully integrated shipping company with its head office in Bergen / Norway and with branch offices and representatives in Manila and Singapore. Our main and long term objectives are to provide first class, competitive and professional ship management services with particular emphasis on reliability, regularity and safety at sea.

Kristian Gerhard Jebsen Skipsrederi AS (KGJS) is part of the Kristian Gerhard Jebsen Group, and is controlled by Hans Peter Jebsen and his family.

The Jebsen family has a long history in ship-owning, technical management and maritime operations, both in the dry and liquid cargo shipping business.

KGJS provides the technical management to about 50 vessels.

SKS Tankers Holding AS is a leading tanker owner that controls 6 Coated Suezmax tankers of about 159,000 dwt, 10 large product carriers of 120,000 dwt. and 12 Ore-Bulk-Oil (OBO) Carriers between 110,000 and 121,000 dwt. The OBOs trade clean petroleum products (CPP), crude oil and dry cargo. The tankers trade CPP and crude oil.

KGJ Cement Holding AS including JT Cement AS is a preferred logistics partner for the cement and powder industries. The company owns, operates and manages the world’s largest independent cement carrier fleet and is in the forefront of developing innovative, high standard technical and commercial solutions for customers. The company’s fleet is trading world wide with sizes ranging from 1,700-29,000 dwt.
