About Misje Rederi
The company «Misje Rederi» offers a stable work on foreign ships, attractive working conditions and respectful attitude.
In December 2009 maritime crewing agency Misje Rederi Ltd was registered in Kaliningrad (license № 20109391100 from 25.12.2009) to provide Misje Rederi AS and other shipping companies with Russian seafarers. At the moment the agency manages 12 dry cargo vessels and 1 offshore vessel.

Our personnel recruitment services
Competence of seafarers employed via our company guarantees a high rate of return of the crew, thus ensuring a smooth work and maintenance of the vessel. Each our seafarer is given respectful attitude and individual attention!
What we do:
- Selection and recruitment of Deck/Engine officers and ratings, trained and qualified according to the STCW requirements and in possession of all necessary International certificates, based on each client’s needs and goals
- Crew management services such as rotation planning, database management, travel and visa arrangements, providing seafarers with working clothes
- Arrangement of safe crew changes at any port with the lowest price
- Processing of evaluation reports
- Arrangement of English language courses for the employed seafarers to improve their communicative skills for successful work in foreign fleet
Our technical and maritime safety management
Our company covers the whole range of fleet maintenance services managed by technical and safety maritime departments headed by certified GL technical and maritime superintendents with profound seagoing and on shore competence and technical knowledge.
What we do:
- Technical management of various types of vessels and year-round monitoring vessel maintenance and technical upgrading
- Thorough monitoring, analysis and evaluation of market suppliers of materials for ship maintenance
- Performance of ISM, ISPS, MLC audits of shipboard procedures and assistance in improving the safety practices and implementation of corrective actions on identified deficiencies
- Repair and dry-dock supervision by our competent superintendents on site
- We welcome long-term and mutually-beneficial cooperation with new shipping companies and seafarers.
